Are all women able to have an orgasm? Is it simply a matter of sexual ability or performance that separates a woman who can climax easily...from one that can't climax at all? The truth? Not all women can experience climax, but more can than can not. As a matter of fact, some sexual surveys and scientific studies show that about 90% (or more) of the women in the world are in fact able to climax, and given the proper sexual stimulation, they WILL.

What about the 10% or so that can't? Is that because they are "uptight" or is it because they have something wrong with them?

Good question! And while the word uptight probably isn't a fair one, there are in fact many psychological drivers for sexual dysfunction in women, and being tense, or unable to relax is certainly amongst them. (which often IRONICALLY creates the REVERSE effect in men - e.g. - premature ejaculation!)

The good news?

Many women who have difficulty achieving orgasm ARE able to be "cured" with talk therapy. Others DO have some physical problems which prevent them from achieving climax, and that can be a more serious sexual dysfunction.

It's no secret that many women fake orgasm, JUST to get sex over with. Some studies suggest that about 80% of women have done this at least once, and more than half have done it with their CURRENT partner. The lie is actually quite simple - and arguably, quite harmless as well: When asked if she's "EVER" faked it, most women will tell their significant other they have...but NOT with them! (whereas statistically we know that isn't true, and most women care more about the feelings of their man, and feel comfortable telling a small white lie to protect them)

The bottom line?

Great sex is equally as important to a woman, as it is to a man...and keeping HER satisfied in the sack will go a long way to keeping her happy everywhere else to boot!
